impulsive idiot ...

Using my tv method, I got 6 hrs sleep last night!

JPD returned to school today and had to be nagged, nagged and nagged to get him to get out on time as per usual!

I returned home and instead of doing what I needed to do (sort some more of the living room) I chilled between doing little bits of work. I got the tv moved and I cleared a space. Then I decided to go look for a dining table, not expecting to find one. I came across one that wasn't new (but was pretty without chairs, which I didn't need.) I bought it for £79, got it delivered within a couple of hrs for an extra £15. They put it together for me and then I moved it to where I planned to put it....and it didn't fit! Way too big. I tried every place I could think of and it did not fit anywhere.

I am so cross with myself, I never impulse buy, especially furniture and so I just now have to hope the shop will be kind and allow me a refund or some kind of exchange for something smaller. I will loose my delivery charge though!

So now it's off to bed and hopefully to sleep since I return to work tomorrow!
